Echocardiography

A Seminar for Medical Echocardiography Training

CME Conference Description:

This CME medical conference will provide an overview of the basic principles of adult echocardiography. It will teach the technique of performing the procedure as well as the interpretation. There will be review of the three disciplines of adult echocardiography: M-mode, two-dimensional and cardiac Doppler including color flow Doppler. The standards measurements for each echocardiography discipline will be presented. Normal anatomy as well as cardiac pathology will be emphasized. The approach to the acquisition of exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiography will be introduced. Patient volunteers will provide “hands-on” experience.

Consider registering for the Echocardiograpy and Carotid Ultrasound Value Package.
