Dr. Zimmerman is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice who specializes in office procedures. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and a member of the International Society for Cosmetic Laser Surgeons and both the American and European Academies of Cosmetic Surgery. He has taught physicians for many years and lectures nationally and internationally. He holds faculty appointments at The Touro University of Osteopathic Medicine in Nevada. The Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Arizona and The National Procedures Institute. He received his medical training at The George Washington University School of Medicine, and has degrees from both Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University. His practice specializes in minimally-invasive outpatient procedures utilizing lasers, intense pulsed light devices, radiofrequency, liposuction/liposculpting, sclerotherapy, Botulinum Toxins and injectable fillers of all kinds.
