Discounts
Register early and SAVE! NPI offers a $100 early-bird discount when you register by the conference's early-bird deadline. The discount is automatically applied at registration.
Register for two courses and save $200! Register for two courses at the same conference location and enter discount code twocourse at checkout.
Nonphysicians, residents, and medical students are eligible for a 10% discount on course registration fees. Please email registrar@NPInstitute.com to request the discount code.
A maximum of two discounts may be applied per registration. Discounts must be applied at the time of registration.
Hotel Room Blocks
NPI has secured a discounted room rate at the host hotel for conference attendees. This special rate is available until the listed reservation cut-off date or until the room block is full, whichever comes first.
To receive the discounted rate, please book directly with the hotel by calling or using the reservation link provided on the conference page. Be sure to mention National Procedures Institute (NPI) when making reservations by phone.
We encourage attendees to book early, as rooms may sell out before the reservation cut-off date.
Special Accommodations and Dietary Needs
NPI is committed to making every effort to accommodate attendees with disabilities or special needs. If you require accommodations or special arrangements to participate fully in a course, please email a brief description of your needs to registrar@NPInstitute.com before the course start date.
NPI provides a continental breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack during NPI courses, with vegetarian options available. If you have specific dietary restrictions or food allergies, please notify us in advance by emailing registrar@NPInstitute.com.
Refunds and Transfers
For cancellations more than 30 days before the conference start date, registrants may receive a refund or transfer their registration to a future conference, less a $100 processing fee.
For cancellations 7 to 30 days (inclusive) before the conference start date, registrants may receive a refund or transfer equal to 50% of the original registration amount.
For cancellations less than 7 days before the conference start date or for no-shows, no refunds or transfers will be granted.
Emergency Transfers: In the event of an emergency, NPI may allow a registration to be transferred to a colleague or a future conference, subject to NPI approval. Please submit your request in writing to registrar@NPInstitute.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please email your name and the course you wish to cancel to registrar@NPInstitute.com.
Course Cancellation by NPI
A minimum number of registrants is required for each NPI course. If the minimum enrollment is not met, NPI reserves the right to cancel the course. If NPI cancels a course, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid.
NPI is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred as a result of a course cancellation.
Waitlist
If a course is sold out, please email registrar@NPInstitute.com to request placement on the waitlist. Be sure to include the course name, location, and date in your email.
